I’ve been using polymer clay for over 10 years now and I still am amazed at all that is possible with polymer clay. There seems to be a new technique every week, something new to try. I think my biggest problem is wanting to try everything. There just isn’t time enough to do it all.
My favorite is doing sculptural but recently I have been branching out to playing more with textures using mosaics. I am always looking for a new idea and custom items are my favorite. I started so many things because I buyer asked, can you make this? Only to discover I wanted to make more.
I do have a day job, mostly I’ve been doing contract work as a project coordinator but my weeks are really spent looking forward to my time to clay. I need to work but it isn’t what defines me my art does.
I am a city girl all the way, born and raised. I like the energy and the east coast. I’ve been married for over 22 years and we are still crazy in love. We have 2 almost grown up kids, one is actually legal. OMG
